The Executive Office of Environmental Affairs administers and creates policy for the departments, commissions, and authorities concerned with the natural resources of Massachusetts. It is responsible for informing and educating the public regarding the activities and concerns of the office. Series is maintained by its secretary to record policy and planning decisions that entail cooperation of federal, state, and city government agencies to protect the environment.
